Twój dziennik (sesje, objawy, notatki, zdjęcia) jest przechowywany wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu i domyślnie go nie opuszcza. Bez konta, bez trackerów i analityki firm trzecich, bez identyfikatorów reklamowych. Opcjonalnie — jeśli sam włączysz zgodę — możesz udostępniać anonimowe statystyki produktowe (bez danych osobowych i medycznych); szczegóły w pkt 4.
Wszystkie wpisy (sesje, objawy, check‑iny, zakupy i zapas, ustawienia, opcjonalne imię, zdjęcia) są zapisywane wyłącznie w lokalnej bazie na Twoim urządzeniu. Nie mamy do nich dostępu.
Aparat/galeria (zdjęcie np. etykiety), powiadomienia (przypomnienia) oraz Face ID / Touch ID / kod (opcjonalna blokada, obsługiwana przez system — nie przechowujemy biometrii). Używane tylko lokalnie.
Domyślnie nie wysyłamy żadnych danych. Jeśli w Ustawieniach → „Rozwój i dane" włączysz zgodę, aplikacja wysyła anonimowe statystyki produktowe (odmiana, producent, forma, gramatura, cena, ocena zapachu i ogólna, województwo i miasto — miasto tylko wtedy, gdy jest na liście większych miast, mniejsze miejscowości uogólniamy do województwa — oraz miesiąc) — bez imienia, notatek, zdjęć, objawów, dokładnej lokalizacji i bez jakiegokolwiek identyfikatora urządzenia. Służą one ulepszaniu aplikacji oraz tworzeniu zbiorczych, anonimowych statystyk rynku terapii konopnej, które publikujemy jako wnioski i raporty na cannnotes.com. Nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych. Nie używamy identyfikatorów reklamowych, trackerów ani analityki firm trzecich i nie profilujemy Cię. Zgodę możesz wyłączyć w każdej chwili — wstrzymuje to dalsze wysyłanie.
Możesz wyeksportować dane do pliku (JSON/CSV) i je zaimportować. Takie pliki tworzysz i przechowujesz Ty — zachowaj nad nimi kontrolę.
Aplikacja może zawierać odnośniki do stron zewnętrznych (np. źródło opisu odmiany). Po ich otwarciu obowiązują polityki tych stron.
Aplikacja jest przeznaczona wyłącznie dla osób, które ukończyły 18 lat. Nie jest kierowana do dzieci.
CannNotes ma charakter dziennika i edukacyjny. Nie jest wyrobem medycznym ani poradą lekarską. Szacunki (THC, czas działania, stężenia) są orientacyjne i nie mogą być podstawą decyzji o prowadzeniu pojazdu ani przewidywania wyniku testu. W sprawach zdrowotnych skonsultuj się z lekarzem.
Twój dziennik pozostaje na urządzeniu i nie jest przez nas zbierany — masz nad nim pełną kontrolę: edycja, eksport i usuwanie w aplikacji, a trwałe skasowanie przez odinstalowanie. Opcjonalne statystyki (pkt 4) są anonimowe (nie da się ich przypisać do Ciebie); zgodę możesz wycofać w każdej chwili w Ustawieniach, co wstrzymuje dalsze wysyłanie.
Możemy aktualizować tę politykę. Aktualna wersja zawiera datę ostatniej zmiany.

CannNotes is a journaling app for medical cannabis patients. Below is how the app handles data. Contact: faktykonopne@gmail.com.

Your journal (sessions, symptoms, notes, photos) is stored only on your device and by default never leaves it. No account, no trackers, no third‑party analytics, no advertising IDs. Optionally — if you turn on consent yourself — you can share anonymous product statistics (no personal or medical data); see section 4.
Everything you create (sessions, symptoms, check‑ins, purchases and stash, settings, optional name, photos) is stored only in a local database on your device. We have no access to it.
Camera/photos (e.g. a label photo), notifications (reminders), and Face ID / Touch ID / passcode (optional app lock, handled by the OS — we store no biometrics). Used locally only.
By default we send no data. If you enable consent in Settings → “Development & data”, the app sends anonymous product statistics (strain, producer, form, grams, price, smell & overall rating, region and city — the city only when it is on a list of larger cities, smaller towns are generalised to the region — and month) — with no name, notes, photos, symptoms, exact location, or any device identifier. They serve to improve the app and to build aggregate, anonymous statistics of the medical cannabis market, which we publish as insights and reports on cannnotes.com. We do not sell your data. We use no advertising identifiers, trackers or third‑party analytics and do not profile you. You can turn consent off anytime — this stops further sending.
You can export your data to a file (JSON/CSV) and import it back. Such files are created and kept by you — keep them under your control.
The app may link to external sites (e.g. a strain description source). Once opened, those sites’ own policies apply.
The app is intended solely for people aged 18 or older. It is not directed at children.
CannNotes is a journal and is for educational purposes. It is not a medical device or medical advice. Estimates (THC, effect duration, body levels) are approximate and must not be used to decide whether to drive or to predict a drug‑test result. Consult a doctor for health matters.
Your journal stays on your device and is not collected by us — you have full control: edit, export and delete it in the app, and erase everything by uninstalling. The optional statistics (section 4) are anonymous (cannot be attributed to you); you may withdraw consent anytime in Settings, which stops further sending.

Dein Tagebuch (Sitzungen, Symptome, Notizen, Fotos) wird ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und verlässt es standardmäßig nicht. Kein Konto, keine Tracker, keine Analyse durch Dritte, keine Werbe‑IDs. Optional — wenn du selbst die Einwilligung aktivierst — kannst du anonyme Produktstatistiken teilen (keine personenbezogenen oder medizinischen Daten); siehe Punkt 4.

Standardmäßig senden wir keine Daten. Wenn du in Einstellungen → „Entwicklung & Daten“ die Einwilligung aktivierst, sendet die App anonyme Produktstatistiken (Sorte, Hersteller, Form, Gramm, Preis, Geruchs‑ und Gesamtbewertung, Region und Stadt — die Stadt nur, wenn sie auf einer Liste größerer Städte steht, kleinere Orte werden zur Region verallgemeinert — sowie Monat) — ohne Name, Notizen, Fotos, Symptome, genauen Standort oder eine Gerätekennung. Sie dienen der Verbesserung der App und der Erstellung aggregierter, anonymer Statistiken des medizinischen Cannabis‑Markts, die wir als Erkenntnisse und Berichte auf cannnotes.com veröffentlichen. Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht. Wir nutzen keine Werbe‑IDs, Tracker oder Analyse durch Dritte und erstellen keine Profile. Du kannst die Einwilligung jederzeit abschalten — das stoppt den weiteren Versand.
Du kannst Daten in eine Datei (JSON/CSV) exportieren und wieder importieren. Solche Dateien erstellst und verwahrst du selbst — behalte die Kontrolle darüber.
Die App kann auf externe Seiten verlinken (z. B. Quelle einer Sortenbeschreibung). Nach dem Öffnen gelten deren eigene Datenschutzrichtlinien.
Die App ist ausschließlich für Personen ab 18 Jahren bestimmt und richtet sich nicht an Kinder.
CannNotes ist ein Tagebuch zu Bildungszwecken. Es ist kein Medizinprodukt und keine ärztliche Beratung. Schätzungen (THC, Wirkdauer, Körperwerte) sind ungefähr und dürfen nicht zur Entscheidung über das Autofahren oder zur Vorhersage eines Testergebnisses genutzt werden. Bei Gesundheitsfragen wende dich an einen Arzt.
Dein Tagebuch bleibt auf deinem Gerät und wird von uns nicht erhoben — du hast volle Kontrolle: bearbeiten, exportieren und löschen in der App, vollständige Löschung durch Deinstallation. Die optionalen Statistiken (Punkt 4) sind anonym (nicht dir zuordenbar); du kannst die Einwilligung jederzeit in den Einstellungen widerrufen, was den weiteren Versand stoppt.
Wir können diese Richtlinie aktualisieren. Die aktuelle Version zeigt das Datum der letzten Änderung.
